NO HBO on Demand (they advertise they have on demand… and HBO on demand is what made me choose DirecTV over Dish..) very few HD premium channels compared to AT&T Uverse AND Time Warner Austin (most the premium channels are in SD) to upgrade from a HD receiver to a HD DVR (1 week after installation)...

I go to Vegas to get away from my everyday routine and to escape the stress and anxiety of work. I want to be catered to. I pay for it, I expect it, and I deserve it. In Vegas, it is the norm. You can pretty much bet on that.
