- NO HBO on Demand (they advertise they have on demand… and HBO on demand is what made me choose DirecTV over Dish..)
- very few HD premium channels compared to AT&T Uverse AND Time Warner Austin (most the premium channels are in SD)
- to upgrade from a HD receiver to a HD DVR (1 week after installation) it costs nearly $400
- the Travel Channel is NOT in HD on DirecTV
There is no doubt in my mind, after the contract is over… we will be canceling.
